Subject 1.1. This agreement governs the seller's distance delivery of the goods and/or services specified below ("Products") to the buyer, and the buyer's purchase of these Products.

Order and Delivery 2.1. The buyer orders the Products using the methods specified by the seller. 2.2. Upon accepting the buyer's order, the seller will make the necessary arrangements for the Products to be delivered to the buyer. 2.3. The Products will be delivered to the address specified by the buyer. Delivery will be in accordance with the terms and conditions previously agreed upon between the parties and local laws.

Payment Terms 3.1. The buyer agrees to pay the seller the price of the Products ordered. 3.2. Payment will be made in accordance with the methods previously agreed upon between the parties.

Cancellation and Returns 4.1. The Buyer has the right to return the Products within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving them, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. 4.2. The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing of any returns and obtain the Seller's approval. 4.3. The price of the returned Products will be refunded to the method of payment once the Buyer's return request is approved.

Warranty 5.1. The Seller takes due care regarding the quality, functionality, and suitability of the Products. 5.2. The warranty terms for the Products are detailed in the warranty document accompanying the Products.

Limitation of Liability 6.1. The Seller shall not be liable for any damage or loss incurred during the shipping, delivery, or use of the Products. 6.2. The Buyer accepts responsibility for using the Products in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Dispute Resolution 7.1. In the event of any dispute regarding this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through negotiations. 7.2. If dispute negotiations fail, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with local law.

Other Provisions 8.1. This agreement shall enter into force upon the mutual written approval of the parties. 8.2. The parties agree that any amendments or additions to this agreement must be agreed upon in writing.

This distance sales agreement shall enter into force after it has been read, understood, and accepted by the parties.
