As Pixora, as the data controller, and in accordance with our legal obligations arising from the legislation, we collect your personal data verbally, in writing, or electronically through our website, social media channels, mobile applications, and similar means for purposes such as enabling you to benefit from our brands' services, informing you about our campaigns with your consent, recording your suggestions and complaints, establishing better service standards, and determining and implementing Pixora's commercial and business strategies.

 

 

 

  1. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

    As Pixora, acting as the data controller, we may obtain, record, store, modify, update, periodically review, reorganize, and classify your personal and/or sensitive personal data, which we obtain with your consent, through our call centers, written communication channels, social media pages, mobile communication channels, in-store communication channels, and/or any other channels, including but not limited to these. We may also collect, record, retain, store, modify, update, reorganize, and classify your personal data, in whole or in part, and retain it for the period necessary for the purpose of processing or as stipulated by applicable law. We may also share/transfer it to private and legal entities with which Company Name collaborates, public institutions and organizations to which it is legally obligated, and/or third-party natural persons/legal entities residing in Türkiye or abroad, and may also transfer it abroad in the event of legal or service-related requirements.

    Pixora We would like to inform you that we may process your personal data for purposes such as enabling customers to benefit from the services of our brands, informing you about our campaigns with your approval, recording your suggestions and complaints, creating better service standards for you, determining and implementing Pixora's commercial and business strategies, and in any case in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation.

 

 

  1. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

    Pixora may only share your personal data with, but not limited to, our group companies, business partners, customers with whom we have agreements and services due to our activities, suppliers, audit companies, public institutions or organizations authorized to request such data pursuant to a legal obligation, and other relevant authorities, provided that adequate measures are taken within the framework of the security and privacy principles set forth in the Law, and abroad, provided that necessary security measures are taken, for the purposes of conducting Company activities, ensuring the business relationship between data subjects and our customers and/or conducting meetings for this purpose, providing services, opportunities, and facilities, and improving service quality.

    PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT'S RIGHTS AS STATED IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE PDPL ("LAW")

    Pixora will respond to the following requests from data subjects:

    a) To learn whether Pixora processes their personal data and which personal data it processes,

    b) To obtain information regarding the purposes of processing,

    c) To know the third parties to whom Pixora transfers personal data, both domestically and internationally,

    d) To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate,

    e) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the Law,

    f) To request notification of the actions taken to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred in the event of a request for correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data,

    g) To object to any consequences detrimental to the data subject arising from the analysis of processed data, exclusively through automated systems, and

    h) To obtain a copy of their personal data.

 

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Pixora Online Shop requests certain personal information (name, age, interests, email address, etc.) to better serve its customers. This information, collected on Pixora Online Shop servers, is used solely within Pixora Online Shop for periodic campaigns, the design of special promotional activities tailored to customer profiles, and customer "categorization" efforts to prevent the transmission of unsolicited emails. Pixora Online Shop does not share the information collected from membership forms with third parties without the knowledge or instruction of the member in question, and does not use or sell it for commercial purposes outside of its operations.

To maximize the security of our valued customers, your credit card information requested on the payment page is not stored on the servers of Pixora Online Shop or its service providers. This ensures that all payment transactions are processed between your bank and your computer through the Pixora Online Shop interface.
