You will receive your order within 3-5 business days.
The order preparation process, subsequent invoice issuance, and the availability of products are specified on our WEBSITE. These periods are understood to exclude weekends and public holidays. Provided that the email address shown on the registration form is correct, an email will be automatically sent to the CUSTOMER when the PRODUCTS have been shipped.
Delivery Times and Costs
During the ordering process, the SELLER will inform the CUSTOMER of the possible delivery times and formulas for the purchased PRODUCTS. The shipping cost is calculated according to the delivery method. If we do not offer free shipping, the amount of these costs will be paid by the CUSTOMER in addition to the price of the purchased PRODUCTS. Details of delivery times and costs are detailed on the WEBSITE.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The package will be delivered to the CUSTOMER against signature and presentation of an identification document. In the event of a delay, a delivery notice will be left for the CUSTOMER to ensure they receive their package at their post office.
DELIVERY Issues
The CUSTOMER will be informed of the delivery date specified when selecting the carrier at the end of the online ordering procedure, before confirming the order. Deliveries are specified to be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days. If this fails, the CUSTOMER must formally notify the SELLER to deliver within a reasonable timeframe, and may terminate the contract if delivery is not made within this timeframe. SELLER will, without undue delay from the receipt of the termination notice, refund the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS, taxes, and delivery costs to the CUSTOMER, using the same payment method used by the CUSTOMER for purchase. SELLER is responsible for the PRODUCTS until delivery to the CUSTOMER. Please note that the CUSTOMER has a three (3) day period to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss noted during delivery.
