RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Other items that cannot be returned:

* Gift Cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care products

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain circumstances where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable):

* Books with obvious signs of use

* Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records.

* Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not due to our error.

* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Incomplete Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially recorded.

Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before the refund is issued.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will be sent a gift certificate.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift recipient placed the order with them for later return, we will issue a refund to the gift recipient and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping

To return your item, you must submit a return request to: info.pixora@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
